The “Laforêt” Joseph Drouhin is an expressive and easy wine, born from a gentle pressing of the grapes and a subsequent fermentation in steel tanks using indigenous yeasts and skin maceration lasting 3 weeks. Before being bottled, the wine matures for 7/8 months in steel tanks and in small part in oak barrels. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color. The bouquet is delicate and fragrant with aromas of small red berries, cherries, hints of spices, and slight underbrush notes. The sip is dynamic and agile, with a juicy mid-palate and fine tannins. The finish is fresh and harmonious.
