The Cabernet Franc Riserva 'Brezich' by Attems is a red from Collio, a blend of French varieties that today have found a favored ground in Collio. The wine, austere, is rounded out by a long aging in barrique of French oak followed by an additional two years in bottle. On the nose, a wide bouquet unfolds with ripe red fruit, pepper, violet, and an elegant herbaceous and balsamic background, enriched by tertiary notes of licorice, chocolate, and leather. On the palate, it is embracing, warm, and round, with solid structure and a long, velvety finish. Perfect with a beef fillet with black truffle.

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Scent:
Layered, with cherry and blueberry, then violet and pepper, with an elegant varietal herbaceous background. Finish with licorice, dark chocolate, and leather.
Taste:
Embracing, warm, and round, supported by tight tannins and vibrant freshness, silky sip.
