Catarratto Elios 2024

The Catarratto of Elios is a still white Sicilian wine produced at high altitude. This label was born after years of winemaking experimentation, and the winery now presents this bottle according to its idea of maximum varietal purity. The maturation in cement preserves the identity of the grape and the fine character that comes from the calcareous soil. On the nose, it offers crisp notes of citrus and white flowers, while on the palate it is lean and decidedly salty. It is ideal with seafood dishes and perfect for sarde a beccafico.
