The Champagne Brut 'Réserve' Legrand & Fils is born in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. This corner of southern Champagne shares the same limestone soils with Chablis, responsible for the character of the wines. Eric Legrand and his sons Édouard and Valentin, the third and fourth generation of winemakers, sign a Blanc de Noirs, fermented in steel and aged for over two years on the lees. On the nose, it reveals citrus, apple, and bread crust, while on the palate it flows tense and mineral, with vibrant freshness and creamy bubbles. A pure and sharp version, ideal with raw oysters
