The Brut Imperial by Moet & Chandon is a symbol of Champagne, produced by the celebrated maison since 1869 from a cuvée composed by 100 different wines and aged for 36 months on the yeasts. Its profile is lively, mineral and very fruity, with charming scents of citrus fruits, honey and nuts in a slightly toates backgound. The taste id dynamic, rich and clean: very pleasant

The Brut Imperial is a fascinating and famous name in Champagne, one of the iconic labels of the Moët & Chandon house, which has been producing it continuously since 1869. The rich, fruity, and consistent aromatic profile that has established it as a Champagne very famous and loved around the world is well summarized by the house with the three adjectives: vibrant, generous, and captivating. These great qualities, combined with the charm of its long and important history, make it an absolute certainty in the world of French bubbles.

The "Imperial" Champagne from Moët & Chandon is born from a cuvée of over 100 wines sourced from vineyards located in more than 150 villages. The blending, conducted with absolute mastery by chef de cave Benoit Gouez, involves the use of reserve wines for at least 20% and includes, in equal measure, the three typical grape varieties of the area: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The aging of 36 months on the lees in the bottle allows for the achievement of a complex and fascinating aromatic maturity, entirely played on fruity, mineral and slightly toasted tones. The sugar dosage of about 9 g/l enriches it with soft and pleasantly sweet nuances that contribute to creating an unparalleled pleasantness.

The unique, elegant and impeccable style of the Moet & Chandon house is clearly perceivable in this Champagne. On the nose, it emanates seductive aromas of citrus, flowers and fresh fruit combined with fragrant nuances of brioche and fresh almonds. The taste is a lively and cheerful explosion of fruit, freshness and minerality, animated by subtle and enticing bubbles. Versatility, momentum, great pleasantness and the Magnum format are the four characteristics that allow it to accompany luxurious aperitifs, delicate fish-based dishes, shellfish and seafood, as well as fruit-based desserts with impeccable savoir faire.
