The Champagne Rosé Extra Brut Grand Cru 'Assemblage' of Rousseaux-Batteux is born on the typical chalky soils of the Montagne de Reims. The winery's base wines are matured in oak barrels, giving structure and rare complexity to the final sparkling wine. The nose releases notes of fresh red fruits, strawberry and a hint of dried pastry. The palate is fresh, creamy, with good freshness and persistence. Ideal with fish starters such as prawn cocktails
