Exclusive wineryThe Chardonnay 'A Ma Esquerra' from Mas de la Sabatera is born at 400 meters above sea level right in front of the 'Mas', the estate, on the 'left' side of the hills. It spends 10 days on the skins and 3 months with frequent batonnage, all to achieve roundness, body, and personality. On the nose, aromas of ripe apple and tropical fruits resonate, with slight 'yeasty' hints on the finish. On the palate, it is generous, broad, and with a persistent sip. Ideal to accompany structured fish dishes or surf and turf paella.
