Oenosapiens' Chardonnay 'Challonay' is a relaxed and convivial white wine, 'sciallo'. Part of an artisanal and itinerant project, it is a light and ready-to-drink Chardonnay, produced using only steel. The nose reveals fresh citrus fruits, white flowers and light notes of Mediterranean scrub, while the palate is vibrant, juicy and ready to drink. Perfect with delicate vegan dishes, such as Georgian phkali, vegetable tartare and walnuts
