It offers a classic profile for the Jura, enriched by a discreet use of wood that rounds out the palate without covering the fruit, a sign of the masterful hand behind this wine and the winery. The nose is clean and refined, with fresh fruit and slight lactic notes. On the palate, it is taut, smooth and persistent, with a subtle savoury texture and great freshness. It pairs well with fish dishes such as pike-perch in a light sauce
