The Hennessy VS is a Cognac that comes from different crus of the estate, particularly from parcels located in the prized territories of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Bordieries, and Fins Bois. The starting wine for the entire production process is made from pure Ugni Blanc. Hennessy is a historic brand, in addition to being the largest producer of Cognac, still works according to the ancient traditions of the territory, using old copper stills for distillation, which guarantee the high quality of the final product. At the end of the distillation, the Cognac rests for 24 months in French oak barrels. The final blending is done by selecting from about 40 distillates, in order to create a balanced cuvée that expresses the proverbial harmony of Cognac.
