The Cremant de Bourgogne "Grande Cuvée" by Veuve Ambal is a Brut Classic Method sparkling wine with a fresh, refined and creamy tone, aged for at least 12 months on the lees. The nose recalls aromas of dried fruit, citrus, tropical fruit, vegetable pops and hints of pastry. On the palate it is elegant, taut and vibrant, with a creamy softness and a subtle and fine perlage

selection of the best bunches, while in the cellar, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation, and refermentation in the bottle are carried out according to the classic method. The liquid ages between 12 and 18 months on its own yeasts and, after disgorgement, is dosed.

The Brut “Grande Cuvée” Cremant de Bourgogne by Veuve Ambal presents itself in the glass with an intense straw-yellow color edged with golden reflections. The nose has great richness and olfactory breadth, with hints ranging from salted butter to brioche, from acacia to linden, creating a delicious and charming profile. The sip is soft and creamy, developing between references to exotic fruit and pastry cream, but enlivened by a nice push of freshness and sapidity.
