The Cremant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut from the Louis Loron winery is a sparkling wine that dresses in a pale pink color. It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, aged for 12 months on the lees. A delicate and seductive bottle with sweet sensations, releases an olfactory bouquet of fresh notes of currant, cherry, blackberry and raspberry

The Cremant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut by Louis Loron originates in the Beaujolais region of Burgundy, an area renowned for the production of sparkling wines using the Traditional Method. The winery was established in the early 1900s by Charles Loron, who was the first to experiment with the traditional method, reviving the tradition of sparkling wine production in Beaujolais. In 1975, the official designation “Crémant de Bourgogne” was established, allowing the winery to make a definitive leap in quality and expand production. Today, the fourth generation continues the passion and work of their predecessors, always looking towards the future and new projects.

The Pinot Nero and Gamay grapes of the Cremant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut by Louis Loron have been processed for the past 80 years using the traditional sparkling method. The climate in this area is moderately continental: temperatures vary significantly; in winter, there are often heavy rains and rare spring frosts; summers are short with hailstorms that can damage crops; the soil composition isdifferent, with clay, limestone, and silt present. The harvest is conducted manually to preserve the integrity of the bunches; in the winery, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel; the effervescence is achieved by adding the liqueur d’expédition, followed by a period of resting on the lees for 12 months. The bottles undergo constant remuage so that the lees reach the neck; this is followed by disgorgement and dosage.

The Cremant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut by Louis Loron appears in the glass as a pale salmon pink; the aromas are reminiscent of red fruits such as raspberry, cherries, currants, and blackberry. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate with sweet and inviting final notes that constantly entice another sip. It pairs perfectly with cured meats, fish-based appetizers, and sushi dishes; it is interesting with fresh cheeses and cakes with cream and fresh fruit. A wine to be enjoyed for formal aperitifs or to celebrate important occasions, discovering in the glass a historic product and the result of a family's passionate dedication tocultivation of the raw material.
