Flavia Wines' Etna Bianco comes from high vineyards on the northern slope of Etna, on sandy soils capable of great finesse. The wine matures exclusively in glass, without malolactic fermentation, to generate a fresh, fruity and clean profile. The straw yellow colour introduces elegant floral notes and hints of grapefruit. The palate is fresh and delicate, with a distinctive mineral presence that reflects the volcanic terroir
