"Fol" is the dry version by Ezio Cerruti: a white wine with an immediate and direct profile, which is striking for its freshness and for that pleasant aromatic note typical of the varietal. Also the nose is pleasantly aromatic, in which between notes of citrus fruits, white fruit, flowers and earth, a light sweet sensation of honey is made wide.

“Fol” by Ezio Cerruti is the emblem of the conscientious madness of a Piedmontese winemaker. In a land – that between Langhe and Monferrato – where white grapes are synonymous with sparkling wine, Ezio Cerruti wisely decided to make a still white wine, and a dry one at that. Ezio does not feel obliged to follow the mass market, nor to conform to standardized viticulture systems, so he created this version to bring out the grape he cherishes in its most direct and dry expression. And as with his labels, do not expect the circle to fit into the hole, even if the shapes match perfectly: being unconventional, overturning axioms is what generates creativity.

Cerruti “Fol” is made from white grapes grown in vineyards on hillside slopes at 400 meters above sea level with rather daring inclines. The daring choice was also Enzo's, who always wanted to work among the rows without synthetic products, using only copper and sulfur. The fermentation is also spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, we could not expect anything different.
