The Franciacorta Brut of Santa Croce is a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, the main grape variety of this corner of Lombardy, with a small percentage of Pinot Noir that contributes to developing an elegant profile. On the nose there are white-fleshed and exotic fruits aromas, balanced by herbaceous notes and intense hints of pastry, typical of this type of wine. In the mouth itt has great savouriness, the sip is creamy and surprisingly balanced. Perfect with sushi and, with a few years on its shoulders, it should be tried with refined fish dishes

The Franciacorta Brut from the Santa Croce winery is a fragrant, fresh, and pleasantly fruity Metodo Classico, which well represents the vocation of this wonderful territory, cradle of national sparkling wine production. The morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta has proven to be very suitable for the cultivation of the typical grapes of Champagne, particularly Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, which express themselves at excellent levels. The cuvée is made precisely with these two noble grapes, which, thanks to a delicate vinification and a long aging, offer a glass of great elegance, perfect to enjoy in company during the aperitif and to pair with seafood or vegetable appetizers.

The Brut Franciacorta is born in the eastern area of the denomination territory, where Santa Croce manages a twelve-hectare estate, with vineyards cultivated on the gentle morainic hills, sunny and well-ventilated. It is a young winery that is part of the Bollicine Mon Amour group, specialized in the distribution of Champagne and sparkling wines. In order to expand and complete its range, it launched this brand that has distinguished itself for a production of excellent quality level. The cuvée comes from grapes that come from different company parcels, cultivated with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. The two grapes are vinified separately. At the end of the soft pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The base wines age for a few months before being blended to undergo the second fermentation, which takes place in the bottle, according to the Metodo Classico, with a sur lattes aging of about 36 months.

The Franciacorta Brut Santa Croce sparkling wine is a Metodo Classico that interprets the classic style of the territory's sparkling wines in terms of freshness and elegance. In the glass, it has a bright straw yellow color, enhanced by a delicate and continuous perlage, which releases aromas of white-fleshed fruit, green apple, peach, pear, citrus fragrances, and subtle floral nuances. Fragrant and pleasantly savory, it has a sip characterized by rich and ripe fruit, whichextends towards a finish of joyful mineral freshness.
