The Franciacorta Cuvée Brut by Lantieri de Paratico is an elegant Italian sparkling wine, vinified in steel tank and in barrique, aged on the lees for 24 months. The bouquet is elegant and rich in floral and fruity notes. The taste is tense and dynamic, with savory and fresh aromas
The Franciacorta Cuvée Brut by Lantieri de Paratico is a sparkling wine that has set the standard in Franciacorta: the representative wine of the ancient and noble winery Lantieri de Paratico, a pioneer of the Metodo Classico in Italy since the early 1970s.
The Franciacorta Cuvée Brut de Paratico is made from Chardonnay, with small percentages of Pinot Bianco. The grapes, harvested from the lush hills of Capriolo and Adro, undergo gentle pressing in the winery, followed by fermentation in steel and small barrels. The second fermentation takes place slowly in the bottle, according to the Metodo Classico, with prolonged aging on the lees for at least 24 months.
The Franciacorta Cuvée Brut is a balanced, firm, and well-structured sparkling wine, very versatile in pairings. It shines in the glass with a straw-yellow color, with green and golden reflections, animated by a fine and continuous perlage. It presents itself on the nose with fruity and toasted notes and hints of white flowers, pineapple, and citrus. The sip is agile, tense, and vertical; it reveals good freshness and pleasant sapidity, with citrus aromatic returns and of baking. A Franciacorta with good structure, delicate and elegant: the historical and timeless expression of Franciacorta.
