Franciacorta Rosé Brut Lantieri de Paratico

The Brut Rosé Franciacorta signed by Lantieri de Paratico is a Lombard sparkling wine that announces itself, from the very first sips, with elegance and creaminess, offering a truly pleasant drinking experience. It is a bottle that comes from the happy union of two international grape varieties that, when combined to create sparkling wines, are extremely complementary, namely Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. A label that, once opened, risks finishing too soon, synonymous with a smooth drink, leaving behind a delightful memory.

This Franciacorta Rosé Brut is made by the Lantieri de Paratico winery with a blend where, alongside Pinot Nero, we also find 25% Chardonnay. The grapes, carefully selected to represent only the best of the Franciacorta DOCG, are softly pressed, then fermented in steel containers and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures.  The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the production methods of the Metodo Classico, and the wine remains to mature on the lees for a period of 30 months. After the aging process is complete, the disgorging, dosage, and bottling operations can begin.

The Rosé Brut Franciacorta by Lantieri de Paratico reveals itself with a light pink color, crossed by fine bubbles with good persistence. On the nose, pleasant subtle and crisp sensations are perceived, where small red fruits take center stage, accompanied by hints that recall more of the yeasts and bread crust. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, and easy to drink, with a consistently balanced sip, distinctively refreshing thanks to its mineral structure.
