Collina dei Ciliegi's Garganega Cà del Moro is the winery's freshest and most immediate white wine. Made exclusively from Garganega grapes, it is fermented in steel to preserve its aromas and freshness. The nose reveals hints of elderflower, peach and almond, while the palate is struck by its softness, flavour and balance. Perfect with a fillet of trout in butter
