New arrivalsFrom our sommeliers
The Gewürztraminer 'Praesulis' from Gump Hof is born at the foot of the Sciliar massif, south of the Isarco Valley, on steep trellised vineyards. After a short maceration and fermentation in steel, the wine matures for 10 months on fine lees to give an aromatic and powerful sip. On the nose, it opens with great aromatic intensity: rose, lychee, candied citrus peel, and sweet spices intertwine with hints of tropical fruit and ginger. On the palate, it is enveloping and full, with significant structure balanced by lively freshness and a long, spicy finish. Ideal with a pork curry stew
