Gin di Capri Caprisius

Gin Caprisius is born in Capri, with the intent of capturing the authentic spirit of the island in a bottle. The name recalls the ancient bond between land and sea, a philosophy that we find in the label, where the blue of the Blue Grotto, the white of the clothes hung out to dry in the sun, and the green of the Green Grotto tell the story of Capri. Juniper, lemon from Capri, wild thyme, marjoram, and sea salt create a fresh and citrusy nose, while the palate opens savory and then unfolds into herbal notes.
