The London Dry Gin Apium originates from a historic distillery, keeper of the art of gin since 1760. The name refers to the Apiaceae, the botanical family of coriander, a key ingredient in its profile. Alongside classic botanicals such as juniper, angelica, rosemary, cubeb pepper, and coriander, lavender adds elegant floral notes and a soft finish. On the nose, juniper opens up to intense floral elements; on the palate, it is dry and rich, with a spicy finish of pepper and coriander. Perfect for aromatic gin tonics.
