It is a grappa that is particularly soft, rich, and aromatic, highlighting the best fruity characteristics of the Moscato grape. The long aging in wood gives the distillate greater complexity and harmony, with the development of particularly refined and elegant tertiary aromas, which enhance the characteristic notes of an aromatic, fragrant, and seductive grape like Moscato.

The Grappa di Moscato "Bric del Gaian" from Berta is one of the most famous and appreciated labels of the Piedmontese Distillery, which has been producing artisanal distillates of the highest quality for centuries, aimed at a public of enthusiasts and connoisseurs. The starting raw material consists of pomace from Moscato grapes, selected from the wineries in the typical production areas of this classic Piedmontese wine. Once the fermentation phase is completed, the pomace is sent for distillation in steam copper boilers. Throughout the process, quality is always prioritized, discarding abundantly tests and tails, preserving only the precious heart of the distillation. The grappa then matures for 8 years in wooden barrels of various essences, which are placed in underground deposits, under the best conditions of temperature and humidity.
