This book, first published in 1872, tells the adventures of the London gentleman Phileas Fogg and his assistant Jean Passepartout, who, following a bet, embark on a journey to circumnavigate the globe in 80 days. The theme of travel is also reflected in the ‘Ferrigno’ wine from Ribelà, whose label features a hot air balloon, a symbol of this small artisanal winery in the Castelli Romani area. The estate also embraces the principles of organic and biodynamic farming in managing the few hectares of owned vineyards, entirely dedicated to traditional varieties of Lazio.
