Bodega K5's Kaiaren is a pure Hondarrabi Zuri produced in the Basque Country, in the steep hills of Aia, a few steps from the Cantabrian Sea. It is a white wine with a great capacity for ageing that undergoes cold maceration before fermenting and refining in steel tanks.
