The "Cerretina" by Pacina is a white wine macerated on the skins from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes, aged for 14 months in large Allier oak barrels and in 5 hectoliter acacia tonneaux. The maceration lasts 6 days and gives this bottle a precious amber color, from which intense aromas of hay, herbal notes, honey, and wildflowers are released, framed by mineral and balsamic puffs.

"Cerretina" by Pacina is a Tuscan wine made from white grape varieties historically cultivated in the region: Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti. The winemaking process involves a short skin maceration, which enriches the wine with aromas and notes of good complexity and aromatic persistence. The subsequent aging in wood completes the production process, giving structure and remarkable expressive maturity. It is an artisanal wine, with a genuine and straightforward character, offering an interpretation aimed at highlighting the richness and integrity of high-quality grapes.

The macerated white "La Cerretina" is a wine of tradition, made following the oldest winemaking methods for white grapes, which involved contact with the skins. The Pacina estate is located near Castelnuovo della Berardenga, in the heart of the hilly area of Chianti Classico and extends over about 60 hectares, of which only about ten are planted with vines. The vineyards are situated within an ecosystem of great biodiversity, among leguminous fields, olive groves, orchards, and woods. The lands rich in sands and clays have always been suited for vine cultivation, which is grown with the utmost respect for nature. The work in the cellar is also focused on minimal intervention, to facilitate the transformation of the must into wine with delicate winemaking practices.

The Orange Wine "Cerretina" from the Tuscan winery Pacina is a wine with an authentic profile, made as it once was, conveying an ancient know-how and a deep understanding of the history and traditions of the territory. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts and with a 6-day skin maceration in cement tanks. The wine matures for 14 months in 10-hectoliter Allier oak barrels and in 5-hectoliter acacia barrels. It presents an intense golden yellow color with amber reflections. On the nose, it recalls aromas of yellow fruit, wildflowers, hay, soft notes of honey, balsamic nuances, and herbal hints. The palate is dense and rich in aromas, with ripe and expressive fruit. The finish is harmonious, persistent, and savory, with a slight tannic roughness.
