Lambrusco Monte delle Vigne

This Lambrusco is produced by the Monte delle Vigne winery using pure Lambrusco Maestri grapes. The vines of this variety are monitored throughout the year with great attention, and they grow using the guyot training system; the terroir consists of a subsoil where limestone and clay are abundant. The grapes, carefully harvested during the harvest phase, once they arrive in the winemaking facilities, ferment for 20 days, macerating on the skins; the secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave, following the typical production principles of the Martinotti Method.

The red wine Lambrusco signed by Monte delle Vigne reveals itself visually with a bright and shining ruby color, characterized by a foam that recalls shades of violet. The olfactory spectrum highlights a fresh and fruity soul, from which, slowly, nuances that refer to the plant world also emerge. On the palate, it is fresh, dynamic, and lively, with a sip of excellent drinkability, ending with a finish characterized by a savory aftertaste. A great classic of Italian viticulture, interpreted by the Monte delle Vigne winery with a label that, among other things, presents itself at a very interesting price.
