Yuu Baal's Mezcal Joven Espadin is handcrafted in the central valley of Oaxaca from the prized Espadìn agave variety. The nose reveals exotic nuances of banana, herbs and hints of wet earth. The palate is round and enveloping, to be enjoyed slow with dishes such as taco al pastor
