Muller Koeberlé's Pet-Nat 'Bubble Rainette' is a semi-sparkling white wine made using the Ancestral Method. During the vinification phase, Riesling is infused with fresh Muscat pomace, acquiring aroma, a characteristic golden colour and pleasant rusticity. The nose offers hints of fresh fruit and sweeter exotic elements. On the palate, it is lively with a delicate effervescence, its freshness balanced by a juicy and smooth mouthfeel. Suitable as an aperitif or with a seafood dinner
