The Pinot Noir Frizzante of the 'Tenuta Cassinello' is an emblematic experiment of the Giorgi winery, which produces excellent Pinot Vinified in White. The grapes are separated from the skin and then vinified as a white wine, resulting in a fresh profile with hints of apple, pear and white flowers. On the palate, it is elegant, harmonious, soft and rounded on the sip. Ideal with hors d'oeuvres and risottos
