Cellier Saint Benoit's Ploussard "Chambines" is a light and smooth red wine, characterised by finesse and immediacy, a very typical trait of Jura's Poulsard, bridging traditional style and modern taste. It offers a fragrant and subtle profile, with an immediate but not banal taste: the nose opens shyly with red fruits and then evolves into layers of spicy aromas. The subtle palate echoes the vertical sensations already perceived on the nose, supported by a pleasant but unobtrusive freshness. It pairs well with cold cuts and simple dishes, such as quiche Lorraine
