The Vintage Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry “Bandarossa” Jeroboam from the famous Bortolomiol winery represents one of the most important labels of this historic producer from Valdobbiadene. It is made with pure Glera grapes grown in the best vineyards of the estate. At the end of the soft pressing, the must is sent for fermentation in steel tanks and the refermentation takes place in autoclave according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method. In the glass, it has a bright straw yellow color with a persistent perlage. The bouquet offers floral scents, citrus hints, aromas of white peach, golden apple, and pear. The sip is soft and balanced with a satisfying, crunchy, fresh, and savory texture.
