The Frizzante Red by Casa Belfi is a bottle refermented wine obtained from red grapes. If in the vineyard, as already mentioned, no chemical or synthetic substances are allowed,the use of any chemical or synthetic substance, integrating some biodynamic practices into the organic regime, in the winery proceeds with carbonic maceration, spontaneous fermentation, and resting in steel before bottling the base wine with residual sugar, subsequently carried out in the bottle.
The Rifermentato Rosso from Casa Belfi presents itself in the glass with a bright ruby color and lively foam. The nose is fragrant and delicious, open, with notes of cherry, strawberries, and red flowers, along with a hint of rhubarb.
