Keller's Riesling 'RR' is a great white. It is a pure and crystal-clear expression of German Riesling, slightly sweet and with a distinct varietal character. Limestone minerality dominates the nose, with reminiscences of damp earth that open to pickled lemons, grapefruit and other ripe yellow fruit. In the mouth it is juicy, subtle and amiable, balanced by a deep, taut freshness. Perfect with Chinese cuisine, try it with five-spice duck
