Sergio Genuardi's 'Coltre - Destinazione Conviviale' is a special rosé, a limited edition artisan wine produced in only about 200 bottles and only in large formats. It is a wine designed for conviviality, for engaging in conversation with others and with the wine itself, which accentuates the pleasure of company with the pleasure of a juicy yet subtle sip. The nose offers intense fruity sensations, with salty and scrubby hints that create a Mediterranean profile. The sip, fresh and savoury, is like cherries: one leads to another. Perfect with convivial dishes such as platters or shakshouka, strictly in a single pan and in the centre of the table
