Muller Koeberlé's 'Mobylette' Rosé is made from the main grape varieties of Alsace, both red and white. The vineyards are located in St. Hippolyte and are managed using organic and biodynamic farming methods by the Koeberlé family. It opens on the nose with sweet hints of red fruits and finishes with vegetal and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine has a lively freshness that harmonises perfectly with a pronounced savouriness on the finish. The overall effect is a dynamic and engaging drink. Perfect with tuna tartare or steamed Chinese dumplings
