"Rosé d’Amour" Possa is produced with grapes from vines trained according to the old low pergola method, on poor soils, characterized by little earth mixed with gravel from the disintegration of sandstone and gneiss rocks. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts and with a short maceration on the skins. In the glass, it presents an intense and bright pink color.
