The "Rosé d’Amour" from the Ligurian winery Possa is a fragrant rosé wine that evokes the salty and rocky terroir and consists of red grapes. It has an elegant pinkish color that tends to light ruby and expresses sensations of small berries, balsamic notes and aromas of orange peel. Artisanal Wine, made with old style methods, Triple A

plots, within the municipal territory of Riomaggiore. In 2004, he began a recovery project for the old abandoned vineyards, restoring splendor to a stretch of coast of extraordinary landscape charm. His love for tradition has driven him to also recover old local varieties, in an effort to produce wines with a typically territorial taste and flavor.

"Rosé d’Amour" Possa is produced with grapes from vines trained according to the old low pergola method, on poor soils, characterized by little earth mixed with gravel from the disintegration of sandstone and gneiss rocks. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts and with a short maceration on the skins. In the glass, it presents an intense and bright pink color. On the nose, it recalls aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry, floral nuances, notes of aromatic herbs, and iodine memories. The sip is pleasantly juicy, fragrant, and fruity, with a fresh and savory finish.
