'Cuccurucucu' by Giulio & Gaia Vinyataires is an inviting and distinctive rosé wine. Light and full of energy like the Battiato song to which it is dedicated, it is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Macabeo, which ferment and age in new chestnut barrels. The nose is an explosion of fresh fruit, with sweet hints of rose petals and vanilla. The palate is smooth, dynamic and long. Refreshing. Perfect with the typical 'arròs negre', the squid ink rice dish typical of the Costa Brava
