The Rum Agricole "Epices Créoles" from the famous distillery J.M. is a label with a strong personality. It is the spiciest among the vieux rum agricoles produced in the territory of the French Antilles. It is a label made in the perfect style of Martinique, which is part of the Atelier des Rhums collection, designed to meet the demands of the most discerning professionals in the sector, always in search of high-level excellence and especially with a very precise and particular aromatic connotation. In addition to using high-quality raw materials, the rum is made with a distillation process conducted according to the oldest savoir-faire and with a selection of fine noble woods for aging.

“Epices Créoles” Rum Agricole is produced by one of the historic distilleries of the Antilles. Jean Marie Martin founded the J.M brand in 1845 in Macouba, in the heart of the lush forest of Martinique. The sugar cane is cultivated on the estate, which thanks to the ideal climate and volcanic soils, allows for a very high level of quality. The cane juice is extracted and processed within an hour of cutting, in order to preserve the fragrance and aromatic integrity. The distillation takes place using traditional column stills, which guarantee exceptional finesse and freshness. The distillery places great importance on the choice of barrels to be used for aging the rums, with careful selection of wood essences and types of toasting to achieve the right final result. For this label, a maturation period of at least three years in French oak barrels and toasted American oak has been chosen, in order to give the rum the characteristic spicy and smoky notes.

The Rum Agricole "Epices Créoles" J.M is an excellent Agricole distillate, which focuses on the extraordinary purity of a first-rate cane juice combined with refined notes of oriental spices, making its character fascinating and seductive. In the glass, it presents
