"I Mandorli" Nicolucci is a Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore that comes from the pure use of Sangiovese. The vines of this variety grow in vineyards located over 300 meters above sea level, in soils characterized by a subsoil rich in tuff, clay, limestone, and sulfur. Both in the vineyard and in the winery, traditional working methods are followed, passed down from generation to generation.from generation to generation. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments in stainless steel containers, and the subsequent aging takes place in glazed concrete tanks, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled.
