Kwaśne Jabłko's Antonówka cider is a dry, sharp sparkling cider made exclusively from Antonówka apples, an extremely tart variety. In the orchard, the winery practises treatment-free agriculture and seeks only spontaneous fermentation, striving for a direct, uncompromising style. The nose reveals green apple, herbs and fresh notes, while the palate is citrusy, taut and very thirst-quenching. It pairs well with fish and light dishes, such as baked trout
