Kwaśne Jabłko's 'Dance' cider is a floral and delicate cider, made from apples from old orchards and fermented with whole elderflower blossoms. It is produced using a spontaneous, artisanal process, with refermentation in the bottle producing a lively effervescence that inspires the name of the bottle. The nose is clean, with apple, elderflower and herbaceous notes, while the palate is refined and surprising for its refreshing profile. It pairs well with light dishes and spring cuisine, such as a chicken salad with herbs or a vegetable omelette
