Kwaśne Jabłko's 'Funk' cider is an eccentric cider created from a combination of apples harvested from old orchards around the estate and raspberries. The fruit is then placed in containers where it ferments together. The nose is reminiscent of fresh raspberries and crisp red fruit, while the palate is fresh, lively and juicy. The result of an artisanal and free-spirited approach to cider, it is immediate and convivial, perfect with vegetarian cuisine and light cured meats
