'Solata' from the Montepascolo winery, a Piacenza reality, is born from a blend of predominantly indigenous and aromatic grape varieties, cultivated using biodynamic methods on clayey-loam soils at 220 meters altitude. The late harvest and skin maceration, conducted for 5 months in cement tanks, give an intense and bright amber color. On the nose, it is aromatic, with notes of yellow peach and broom flowers intertwining in an intriguing olfactory picture. On the palate, it is broad, rich, and well-balanced, supported by good freshness that accompanies the sip. It pairs perfectly with saffron risotto with shrimp tails
