A forgotten and abandoned variety, which has found a new homeland precisely in the lands of Maremma Toscana. After the harvest,The grapes are fermented in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for a period of 12 months in tonneau and finishes aging with 12 months in bottle before being put on sale.
