Tenute Rubino's Classic Method Sparkling Rosé Extra Brut 'Sumarè' is a Salento sparkling wine with character yet immediate, fresh experimentation from a winery specialising in the processing of a great indigenous Apulian grape, Susumaniello. Clean and savoury, it embodies the area's Mediterranean character. Fresh red fruits dominate the nose while the palate is lively with a lingering savoury structure. We suggest drinking it with friselle with stracciatella or with tuna and rocket
