Spumante Rosè Brut from the English winery Nyetimber is a fine, lively rosé bubbly perfect with tasty shellfish. It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier and is matured on the lees for 36 months. The pink colour with auburn highlights reveals aromas of mango, currants, honey and hints of spice. The palate is soft and creamy with a slight freshness and a long, lingering finish
