We never tire of repeating that every bottle produced by the giant of Monticelli Brusati is truly unforgettable, and this rosé made from Pinot Nero is no exception. It is the combination of various factors that makes Aurelio's wines unique in their kind, and the most relevant are the full ripening of the grapes, the contained yields, the long aging on the lees, and a farming approach aimed at enhancing the fruit rather than overpowering it. The vineyard area is 7 hectares, immersed in the heart of Franciacorta and primarily dedicated to the cultivation of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, although the flamboyant Aurelio has not shied away from a bit of Traminer, Marsanne, Sauvignon, and Viognier. Full and intense bubbles that require pairings of personality, but which truly mark a watershed in a drinker's career.

The Rosé Brut Classic is a classic method sparkling rosé obtained from grapes grown in the municipality of Monticelli Brusati and resting on clayey limestone soils.clayey limestone. In the vineyard, as previously mentioned, there is no use of chemical or synthetic substances, and after the meticulous manual harvest of the bunches, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation for the base wines is carried out, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle according to the champenoise method.

“Classic” Rosé Brut presents itself in the glass with a pale cherry pink hue and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is refined and rich in suggestions, ranging from wild strawberries to pastry cream, from orange peel to aromatic herbs.
