The Plata Rosa is a Tequila produced by Casa Don Ramón, following the ancient customs that have allowed this Mexican distillate to establish itself worldwide. The distillery specializes in producing high-quality Tequila, made only with the prized variety of Blue Agave grown in the highlandsof the Jalisco region. When the plants reach adulthood, they are cut by the jimadores, who remove the leaves to preserve only the heart. The most precious part of the Agave is then cooked and the pulp is fermented. A double distillation in steel stills is then carried out to obtain a Tequila of exceptional purity. The Tequila is then flavored with lavender and bottled.
