The Sparkling Red 'Tomà' comes from the Montepascolo winery, located in Castell'Arquato in the Piacenza area. The Emilian reality prefers the use of native grape varieties, as the project of Andrea and Paola aims to enhance the winemaking tradition of the territory. This wine is born from a natural refermentation in the bottle with the addition of fresh must, without filtration or clarification and without added sulfur. The result is a lively red, which on the nose opens up to ripe red fruit, violets, pepper, and juniper. On the palate, it is fresh and soft, with great immediacy.
