Pasini San Giovanni's Valtènesi Chiaretto 'Lettera C' is a rosé wine produced on the western shore of Lake Garda. The name refers to the tradition of Chiaretto and, at the same time, the use of ceramics during ageing. This material is chosen to promote the maturation of the wine without interfering with its aromatic profile. 'Lettera C' is one of the Pasini family's most recent and innovative projects, created with the 2019 harvest. The nose reveals hints of white flowers, citrus fruits and a delicate herbaceous note of thyme. On the palate, it is elegant and refined, characterised by a lively freshness. Ideal with raw fish and shellfish, especially lobster
